We at LowMileageParts.com want your entire experience with our company be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your purchase easy.
To qualify for our FREE SHIPPING offer follow the following guidelines:
- For heavy and oversized parts like engines, transmissions, rear ends etc. choose a commercial/ business address capable of receiving delivery without prior notification or appointment and capable of unloading from a semi trailer. Shipping directly to your mechanic or car dealership is a perfect example of such an address.
- For all small parts shipping to a business will guarantee quicker delivery, but residential delivery is available at no cost.
- Please note UPS / FedEx will NOT deliver to a USPS Post Office Box - They require a physical address to deliver to.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 1 - 3 businessdays. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. Please note that we disclaim all liability for orders which do not meet anticipated delivery dates, all shipping times are estimates. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for UPS and mail orders.
The shipping choices for orders processed online shipped within the continental United States are Freight Shipping for all engines and transmissions and UPS Ground only for all other parts.
Overnight orders placed by phone by 3 PM EST will ship no later than next BUSINESS DAY. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
For all Canadian shipments (BY PHONE ONLY), we will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
LowMileageParts.com will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
All Other Countries
Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. LowMileageParts.com will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices (only quoted by phone) reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.
